I have reinstalled all the software 4 times; 1. Reinstall with Zoenalarm firewall, AVG spyware and antivirus disabled (but not uninstalled) 2. Resinstall using drivers from canon site (thoiugh version is the same) 3. System restore to before I installed the device adn then re-install. Same problem.
