Any ideas why the print job just sits and won't print, sometimes for hours and sometimes not at all? and what is happening when i re-start the machine that i could set the machine to do so i wouldn't have to re-start it?
Last evening, for example, i sent a job to the printer, and it sat. re-started the machine, and it printed. This morning, having done nothing other than put the machine to Sleep for the night, the printer status is 'unknown' so far as the HP Utility is concerned.
